3ds MAX installation unhandled execption error duml + user infóo

Hello 2 days ago i wanted to install 3ds max but at the setup installation an error comes up with this deatils:
adsk_setup_minidump.dmp
dmpuserinfo.xml
dumpdata.zip

I tried a lot of things like .Net uninstall and install agin, run as administrator, run in windows xp 3 service pack , other .

Welcome to the Autodesk User's Community..

The error that's in your crash points to a couple of things.

1.  Want anti-virus application do you have installed?  Can you disable it and try the installation again?

2.  Other who have had this issue had to rebuild their machine/operating system if disabling the anti-virus application didn't resolve the issue.

Avast, i disbled and tried to install but not worked:(
