Unable To Renew Education License as it says the document is insufficient for establishing eligibility

Hi
Im unable to renew my education access. they said "The document is insufficient for establishing eligibility for this offer"

 

i dont understand, i used the same document for the past 2 year and they confirm it

im a lecturer on a university and i want to get the license for educator

 

then i try to upload all the document they told, my university lecturer id, lecturer assignment letter, national lecturer id, approval from the university for me to be a lecturer.

they still said "The document is insufficient for establishing eligibility for this offer"
and now i only have 1 chance left to upload document
please help me

Hi @agungnodya, welcome to the Autodesk Community. I recommend you to double-check if you provide appropriate supporting documents (reference). Also, resetting your account might work. Please contact the education support by clicking the Ask the Assistant button so you can reset the number of submissions and re-apply for an education license. If it doesn't work still, please contact SheerID who handles the verification process.
