Unable to locate license PAF file for Artcam 2013

I purchased a artcam-2013 software. I have dongle 201714 that cant find its license file.

Kindly help me.

This is a user based forum.  We can't issue you license for this.  However I will tag @dillon.moulder and he should be able to assist you.  However Autodesk is on a limited schedule this week and he (or Autodesk) may not be able to get back to you until after the new years.

I cannot find any record of your name or email address registered against dongle number 201714 in the legacy Delcam customer database.

Please confirm who you purchased your ArtCAM 2013 software from, and when. In addition, please complete the form here and return it to me by email at artcam-online-support@autodesk.com.

Autodesk acquired Delcam on 6th February 2014, and Delcam was absorbed into Autodesk on 1st August 2016. The Autodesk ArtCAM 2017 product range was released in August 2016 and the Autodesk ArtCAM 2018 product range was released in April 2017. ArtCAM Express is not part of the Autodesk ArtCAM 2017 or Autodesk ArtCAM 2018 product ranges, and has been discontinued. Modules for ArtCAM Express have also been discontinued. You might find this article in the Autodesk Knowledge Network useful.
