Unable to install Robot 2019 on Windows 10

I have downloaded Robot Structural Analysis 2019 and I have been trying to install the same on my Windows 10 PC without success.

 

The installation stops and gives an error message before even initialization of the installation process begins.

 

Please see the attached screenshot.

 

Could anyone please assist troubleshooting this?
