Unable to find serial number and activate

I purchased Autocad Lt and received acknowledgement emails, downloaded and installed 

Used autocad for 4 weeks and now it shows that trail has ended and I need to enter the serial.

After reading posts on how to locate this and following the steps, I am still unable to locate it.

It seems the the desktop app is not listed on my account page.

Autodesk-online store are unable to help, I just need someone from Atodesk to see why my purchase wasn't applied to my account.

If you’re having trouble with the activation email, please note that sometimes the email can be accidentally routed to your spam or junk folder. Please check there.

Also, please note that you should be able to access your download and activation information by logging into Autodesk Accounts.

If you cannot access software in your account and need to download it now, please go to the Virtual Agent.

If none of those items helped, please submit a support request as follows: 

Students should request to have the confirmation email resent via this form.

I have already tried order support and they fobbed me off and told me to contact Autodesk support

Hi @Anonymous,

 

Apologies for the delay and any inconvenience. I have already re-synced your order and your subscription and license details are now available from your Autodesk Account. I invite you to log-in to your Autodesk Account to verify the updates made. 

 

You should also then be able to find the serial number needed to activate your license from there. Hope this helps! Let us know how it goes.

Not sure what version you're using but here's a link to start with.   If its the 2017 version the product key is <some number><letter i>1

I have just downloaded the free trial of AutoCAD 2016 for Mac. However a Autodesk licensing window appears when I open AutoCAD, requesting a serial number and product key to activate the trial, which I don't believe I have.
