Unable to download AutoCAD LT 2017

 Hi

I'm trying to download and install my seat of AutoCAD but it goes part way then errors.  I turned off the firewall to allow for it to install but still nothing. I'm running windows 10.  I was able to install the REVIT LT but not the library, but that is another issue.

Please also disable your anti-virus program (if any), and re-download the software from our Virtual Agent (click on Download Links, choose product and version). Then try the installation again.

As @lynn.zhang mentioned try installing via the Autodesk Virtual agent it is a more reliable method of download. To add to the information I have provided some steps that will help prepare your system for a successful download. 

• Log in as an Administrator 
• Temporarily disable your Antivirus software 
• Temporarily disable UAC 
• Download via the Autodesk Virtual Agent
• Locate the download folder and extract (double click) part _001_00X.sfx.exe. If you have a permission issue right click and select, Run as administrator 
• Files will be directed to C:\Autodesk
• Follow the prompts to install the program 

If you continue to have an issue use:

AIDA Autodesk® Installation Diagnostic Assistant is intended to provide assistance in identifying the root cause and providing a suggested solution.

-Right click > Run as admin.

-Clean Temp Folder
