Unable to access the library editor window

Hello I am running Eagle 9.6.2. When hitting File > Open > Library and then selecting a library, the library editor windows is not viewable/accessible. I can see it under Windows, but trying to click the opened library nothing appears. I have tried reinstalling Eagle and restarting my computer, as well as trying to open the managed libraries that I have, but the issue persists.

Please let us know if you just recently installed Eagle 9.6.2 for the first time or Eagle 9.6.2 has been installed and suddenly the library editor stopped working?
