I have 2018 full license version Auto cadd Architecture, and downloaded 2021 student version that was set to expire at the end of this month.

I uninstalled a week ago, but then my 2018 version stop working, tech support reinstalled it, but it now will expire on 03/23/2021, customer service is saying i never had a 2021 student version. and if my 2018 version was a student version it would have expired long before 03/23/2021 can anyone help, unraveled this mystery?

Quick way to know:

What do you show in your account manager for software?

https://manage.autodesk.com/cep

Do you see 2018 listed?  If you don't, then you don't have access to it anymore.

Did you use the same exact 100% identical email address/Autodesk Account log-in for both software, the full license and the EDU?
Or do you need to log out of one and log into the other first to find your 2018 license details?

The first one was an exceptionally bad idea IMHO for the reasons you are experiencing, possible licensing muddle. Hope that's not the case.

You will need to get in touch with (and possibly pay) a local reseller to get you out of this problem https://www.autodesk.com/partners/locate-a-reseller
