unable activate autocad

dear sir, i am trying to activate the AutoCAD 2018, but i am getting error ''your online activation request returned an error (800c0005) which is not allowing your request to be processedusing our automated systems.

the machine is under proxy setting.

Hi 

You might want to make sure the Proxy has access to the licensing servers:

Try using AVA too to activate it:
