Try to uninstall and reinstall AutoCAD 2021 but failed

I have windows 10 and 64 bit os firstly I install AutoCAD 2021 and I successfully get installed and started working too but next day when I open it it was showing an error and displaying the message of missing somee DLL file and the application stop running then panicly I did the biggest mistake of my life I uninstalled the product then I try to reinstall from the same place but this time only autodesk desktop software get installed and not the autocad then I saw all the methods of reinstall and uninstall of product then I get to know that for uninstalling you have to remove from many places and then try to reinstall it so I did that too but now also it was just installing Autodesk desktop app and not my autocad 2021 and I need it very urgently . I already make a case but today it's been 2 day and no reply came from them currently I am in big trouble I just need help from anyone who know what I can to ... So please help me...

What error are you currently getting?  

Any screenshots .. would be helpful.

I would also look at using the Microsoft Uninstall tool

Start with this and see if you can uninstall it ..

for other if anyone face the same problem please follow the same link he provided i.e

 then uninstall all the autodesk product which you want to remove and then follow this link also and remove all the items from the places given in this link .

and then try to install your product , then it may work ....

these are all the steps which i follow and now my product is working so anyone can try this.
