Good morning,

I was trying to open trial version of Autodesk CFD programme after instalation and everytime there was an software problem and error report. Is there a problem with the file? Cause I was not able to open it.

Please, let me know where the problem is.

Try launching the software "As-Admin" and see if that works.

Is this version 2019?

Do you have other versions of CFD installed on the system?

I would start by making sure you have the latest drivers for your graphics card.  The card manufacturer's website is the best place to get that.

Also, try turning off your antivirus software and Windows Firewall to see if that makes a difference.

Did you install from a full download of CFD?  In other words, what file did you download and how large is it?

To answer all your questions:

Yes, this is 2019 version.

It's the first time when I installed CFD so the aren't any other versions on the system.

Graphic card has the newest drivers installed, I checked it.

I've tried with turning off the antyvirus software but it doesn't change anything.

Please tell me, which version of Inventor and which version of CFD have you installed?

i have installed fusión 360 2020 licensed and the CFD is in its 2019 trial version

So I suppose that the reason is imcompatible version of software. If I'm not wrong - this August there would be a new version of CFD -2019.2 and this one would be working with 2020 version...
