Token counts are different based on download type.

I've downloaded token usage reports from 3 different download types.

"All"

A specific month

filtered for the start of our token usage to current date

When I look at specific months in each download type I see token usage numbers not matching. An individual month can be off by as much as 1000 tokens. Or a month may not show up at all. The first 2 download types are accurate when comparing the final/total usage numbers from the site with the download. It's just that the month-to-month data when compared to a single month is usually not the same.

Maybe my understanding of the downloads is wrong. But no download of data should have entire months missing and totals within months off by a thousand.

Has anyone else seen this or can explain the differences.

Here's a pdf of each full download. You'll have to scroll down several pages to get to august. Or you could just compare the "Filtered..." totals (first two columns) for Jan, Feb, and March with the "All" download totals to understand what I'm seeing. I just used August as the example due to the large disparity of totals.

Note that in the Filtered Usage Report 1-2023 to 5-2024 the month of July, October, and Jan 2023 are missing.

However, the overall totals at the bottom are the same for the Filtered Usage Report 1-2023 to 5-2024 and the All download. You'll have to scroll down to see those totals.

For both the full downloads, Filtered and All, the sum of total tokens used when subtracted from our total tokens purchased matches the Autodesk "Today's Balance" total spot on, regardless of month-to-month or day-to-day token counts.

Edit\ So, at the end of the day all I really need is to be able to track month to month usage. When seeing so much disparity between download options, I'm having difficulty trusting anyone of them to accomplish what I want.
