the instalation doesn't end

Hello, im trying to install Autocad Architecture 2018  but the installation of autodesk 360 and autodesk desktop app  (part of the products that come with Autocad Architecture) never ends.

Same thing happened when i tryed to install Revit, only that the products that doesn't install are: the material library  2018 and again, the desktop app.

I've been trying to finish the installation for the last tree days (stopping and resuming) and i have good wifi signal, it is definetly not hardware issue, (i have an HP Omen). Maybe is that im installing them in my second  disk?  or maybe is something else... Any idea what is the problem?
