Subscription Cancellation Survey, but I haven't cancelled

I haven't cancelled my Eagle or Fusion 360 services yet I have received the following email (twice). I turned it over to Autodesk "security" but they never replied.  (links stripped). Is there as human to send this to?

Contact your reseller, ensure your license(s) is intact per your expectations, then tag this email as junk in your webmail app, move on with your CAD life. No one is going to track down the source to take you off a list sadly, it's not 1990 anymore.

I don't have a reseller and my licenses are fine.
