Subscription Accounts - Offline usage

With the subscription account, does the user have to be online in order to use the software (Autocad)? 

"What-if" the user is in a location where there is no internet access.  Can they still use Autocad?  Granted, they will be online from time-to-time, but we need to still have access to the software even if we are "temporarily" not conntected.

you get 30 days before internet is required
