Student license problems

Hi there,

I just downloaded AutoCAD 2018 onto my Windows 7 PC, to be used for a class at college.  The download and installation went without issue, but I've run into a licensing problem. 

My brother took the same class two years ago and used AutoCAD 2016 on this same computer.  The software was never removed from the computer, and when I went to begin using my 2018 copy, AutoCAD wouldn't let me in because "Your trial has ended." (see image below)  I have a separate account from my brother, so I don't understand why this is.  I need to get started on assignments soon, so this is fairly time-sensitive.

Can anyone help me please?

Hi @soha.paryani1,

Download AutoCAD from the education page (https://www.autodesk.com/education/edu-software/overview), this will add a license to your account.

You do not need to reinstall.

I've just started my Tafe course and we all have down loaded the Autodesk software onto our computers and when opening inventor the cam program tells me (unable to activate licence) also Revit. 

I have the conformation email from auto desk and Everyone else has had no issue but jut my computer. 

I have tried everything and I have re installed the programs. 

I need to be able to access the programs for my course

Hallo, ich benutze seit letztes Jahr AutoCAD, jedoch jetzt habe ich ein Problem mit meinem Studenten Account mich anzumelden, soweit ich mich anmelde werde ich nach 5 min aus dem System rausgeworfen, ich kann das Problem seit 1 Monat nicht lösen, ich habe mittlerweile andere Accounts versucht einzurichten, jedoch funktionieren sie auch nicht. Ich bin mit einem Studentenversion angemeldet da ich noch weiterte 4 Jahre Studienzeit vor mir habe. Könnten sie mir helfen ?

Can you share any more details or a screenshot? What error are you seeing upon being kicked out of the software?
