Student Download, Installation and Unlock for college classes

I am a college instructor teaching online drafting classes due to Covid-19. Most of my students are having various issues with dowloading, installing or unlocking AutoCAD 2019 educational version. A few have gotten it to work. Any ideas what the issue might be?? I'm currently working with the college admin to provide blanket verfication of enrollment for all my CAD students if that is what is needed. I have set up customer service case but want to see if this is a common issue. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks

They went through the link that says "Free software for students".

they need to read through that document

they have to provide proof that they are a student

That is the problem. I have students that try to get a license (for Autodesk Maya), send in official letter confirming they are a student at our university, showed a student card, but it is refused by this third-part verification company.

Ok. We could try to contact Sheerid.  But, their mail states "Please do not replay to this email..." It just says that the document was not on the list of accepted document types, no explanation, no way to replay other than (again) uploading documents.

I asked my student to send his document to me, and I am pretty sure it should classify: letter by the University of Twente, mentioning student's name, birthday, dates , explicitly confirming the student's status. includes the address of the University. Signed by the head of student affairs.

What more do they want? How can we contact them?

I Went to the link provided by Autodesk outlining the new process as well as information from SheerID and have forwarded that to my students. Still I think the college will probably have to issue about 70 seperate verification forms due to privacy issues, not sure but I think I have enough to move forward.......Fingers Crossed!
