Stuck in 30 day trial

We have an account with 4 seats. I setup a new user. Ran Autocad 2020 LT and logged in as single user using the new user I setup in our account but it still says we are using a trial version even though I'm logged in as the correct user.

Don't know why the attachment wont open. Trying a .PDF instead of a .jpg
