some help getting a free trial hooked up

I have been waiting 27 minutes and got cut-off because of no agents? I have tried for 3 nights. This is important for me to get my degree, I am doing this class as independent study,

Are you downloading the software through Education Community ? Which download method are you using? Are you encountering any specific error ?

Yes, I am downloading through the Education Community, there was no options
as to which download method to use. As far as a specific error, it never
downloads.

Sorry to hear that you're unable to download AutoCAD under your Educational license. When you mentioned that you have a specific error, can you please share a screenshot of it?
