80 minutes or 80 seconds?

What type of license do you have?   A commercial license or a student license?   If its a commercial license what type is it?  Perpetual on a maintenance plan or term based?

I'm not a Revit user but is the slow startup occurring on the splash screen or after the application is open and you are trying to load a project?   If on splash screen it may be loading slow due to checking license.  If this is the case what happens if you disconnect from the internet.

There has been some known issues lately about checking license taking some time to complete.  It may have to deal with the latest Windows 10 version.  @mdavis22569 can you confirm because you were seeing a lot of delays lately.   So when you disconnect, its not checking the Autodesk servers to see if your subscription is still active.   You can run it like that for 30 days.
