Sketchbook Pro 7 Cintiq Hybrid Eraser not working.

So I am running :

Windows 10 Pro 64 bit, I7 processor, 16 gb memory, 2 Nividia GeForce GTX 770 supporting Three monitors and a 13 inch Cintiq Hybrid.

For Sketchbook pro, I am currently working off of 7.2.1 update that came out in August.

I am having the problem where if I go to use the eraser on the pen, it will not go to the erase function. It will go to either paint brush or use whatever current brush I have just in a bigger size. After this, neither the eraser or pen tip will work properly. It acts like the pressure sensor is off. It will give me a blub of ink then smooth out like normal.

I have update Wacom drivers. I have updated my Graphics cards. I am unable to go back to win 7. I am running the program in compatibility mode to Win 7. If I take it out of that, it will not recognize any pressure sensor data from my pen.

I have looked throughout the forums and unable to find a solution or similar issue. I am not having a problem with the pen being offset once its in compatibility mode with Win 7.

This just started today 9/15.

usually the helpbot is a hit or miss with it's replies, this one it's on target though. You will need to search out a solution if you want to make it work with Windows 10 - usually by following along with any posts similar to your situation. Anything regarding what Autodesk will support in Win10 today can be found in a link to the right of your post titled "Windows 10 Support". Good Luck.

Thank you for the advise. I looked through all the information that the help bot had. None of it has helped me fix the issue with Sketchbook Pro.

Hang in there. There are quite a few posts regarding Sketchbook/Autodesk/Windows 10 at the moment and although I have not been following those too much, you are right in that I don't recall seeing your specific symptom mentioned. To work thru these issues, people will have to post what they've tried/what works and what doesn't work.

UPDATE: Due to other issues with Windows 10. I had to reformat and load win 7. I just loaded Sketchbook pro 7 fresh from autodesk. I even how to pay for the yearly amount since I could not use my old license.

I am having the same issue where the pen is not being recognized by the program. It still doing the same thing. I have loaded the image with what happens when I use the eraser and then what happens to the pen right after.

This particular issue seems to not be related to windows. I looks like there is a problem between Wacom and Sketchbook.

These are fresh installs, Wacom drivers, Sketchbook pro, and display drivers.
