Simulation workspace available in Fusion 360 Basic?

Currently have the free fusion 360 Startup license, which I believe is the 'basic'.  Under the 'Model' menu drop down 'Simulation' is not an available selection.  Do I need to convert to the paid 'Ultimate' version to get the finite element analysis, or is there a way to download the Simulation workspace?  Is there a link for the upgrade, I looked in my online Fusion 360 account, but did not see anything there to do this.

There are some simulation features available in Fusion 360 but if you're looking for advanced simulation then you need to subscribe to ultimate level.
