Revit Student 2020 Won't Install

Hello,

I started to download the student version of Revit 2020 and every time I try this error pops up. Can anyone help me?

Before posting or sharing information make sure it doesn't contain sensitive info.  If it does and for the future blur it out like the assigned serial # in the image you provided.    This is a world wide public user forum.   I will have the moderator remove the info to protect your sensitive information.

If that doesn't resolve the issue create a new Windows user's account and install using that new account.

In addition the image shows you're using the web installer method to download/install your product.

There's a couple of ways to properly download and install your Autodesk product to your machine.  Please review this article and the solution it provides.

Really the solution is to create a whole new user!? This is so frustrating!
