Revit LT 2018 freezes on opening

I am running Revit 2018 LT and have found that it gets stuck opening when my MSP managed Bitdefender Antivirus is enabled. Since it is managed by our administrator and I have little control over it, the MSP is asking me what exclusions should be made in the Bitdefender program? Any suggestions?
