Revit Licence Unavailable - Unable to obtain a network licence

Revit Licence Unavailable - Unable to obtain a network licence. No connection to the network licence server could be established error message recieved.

I have Remote desktop'd to the computer in question and have also checked it can connect to the internet, therefore I assume there are no connection issues in terms of accessing the internet / netwrok.

The software is deployed across our network using Altiris, and the computer contains at least 2 or 3 Autodesk products:

  • Revit 2014
  • Revit 2015
  • AutoCAD 2012

Can anyone help shed light on why this error (see attached screenshot) may occur? Especially when the network seems fully operational.

Thank you for your assistance in advance.

Kind regards

Jon Arnott

No just this one computer that I know of. It's a laptop if it's of any
significance.

I actually haven't trued the other products personally as the user only
reported an issue with RAC14

May be that it's a profile rebuild job?
Many thanks for your help in advance.
