Revit keeps posting security dialog for addins

I'm posting this in the 'installation' forum as this is a general (it) adminstration issue (for Revit), and not revit 'MEP' or 'architecture' specific....

I deploy revit addins that should only ask ONCE to be loaded (security dialog concerning signing... whatsoever). Usually this works, but I have at least to users which have to go through this procecure each and every time they start revit although they confirm 'always load'.
The addin files are correctly under %appdata%\autodesk\revit\addins\2022 ... The vendor asked me to remove them, start revit without them, and then put them back.. but this does not clean up the issue...
Where does autodesk store the 'always load' option? Probably in the registry under the current user, but I cannot find it...

Change their permissions .. make sure it's admin and lets that read/write it etc.

Or try a new Windows Profile on the PC

Can't be related to permissions somehow... the setup procedure is similar to all other users, and they can work (their respond is stored). There is no error message coming that something would need elevated rights, either.
It would really help if I knew WHERE the respond is stored, then I could investigate there further and look at specific rights if need be...

New windows profile for a perfectly working multi CAD workstation.. just because one revit plugin gives anoying dialogs during startup? That'll get me tarred and feathered...

For: Can't be related to permissions somehow

Why?

So sign in another user who it's worked for.   If it works, it's the profile

Few PC's having an issue, but all the others work .. I'd look PC. IF ALL had an issue or the majority, then I'd go to the software or deployment.
