revit 2022 installation problem --error 1610

I am a student and use the education version and have no problems with certification. Last week I uninstalled revit2022 ,ready to reinstall, but in this step of the installation there is always "error 1610 product configuration data is corrupted, please contact a technician".

this is usually caused by a corrupt downloads or anti-virus is running while installing

I've tried several times, I believe with firewalls and viruses turned off, but it still does. The last two days I downloaded revit2023 using the same operation very smoothly and successfully, and I don't know why. Although the problem is not solved, but really thank you!
