Restore Error Message

Is anyone else familiar with this, do you know if it's an ACAD thing, or a Windows thing?   My IT guy says each time he tries to upgrade ACAD through the "normal" route, he get's this message.

But we're also experiencing a virus alert too, so I'm not really sure what to do...

It's not an Autodesk related issue 

 

It's HP / Windows related

your IT dept needs to troubleshoot this

it seems to be something with the HP sure sense software that is running

error is pointing to Microsoft Edge
