Renew educational license - AutoCAD 2021

Good morning,

last year I downloaded AutoCAD 2021 as educational version, and the lenght of my version is till 11th of April 2021 (edu license for one year).

In February 2021 I send to Autodesk my confirmation of study, and the website show me, that "Your educational access to Autodesk products is valid through February 2022".

But when I turn on AutoCAD now in these days, it shows me, that my license terminates on 11th of April 2021 and only 13 days are remaining. I would like to ask, where I can renew my edu license or find a new serial number to renew it, because in my User profile I can´t find any possibility or date, when my license ends or the place, where I can renew my educational license for an another year. I attach screenshot of my user profile, Autodesk showing me request of activation of license and the result of the proces (it is in Czech, but it is I think the same in English). Finally, it shows me, that the process of activation was successful, but when I start running Autodesk next time, it shows me the request of activation again (and it is the same the next time, and the next time..) - and I really don´t know, what to do. 😞

Try asking over in the Installation and Licensing forum. There are some helpful and knowledgeable people over there.
