Registration Mail

Hi, 

How can we stop have an automatic registration email when 3dsmax start ?

We receive an email every time we open 3dsmax, after a crash, etc... so we have 10-15 mail daily...it's a little bit onerous.

This has been asked numerous times last week and this week..  This is an Autodesk issue and there's nothing we as users can do to resolve the issue.  Here log a support case through your Autodesk Account as indicated in this article: http://blogs.rand.com/support/2015/12/are-you-receiving-activation-emails-every-time-you-launch-an-a... You could also chat with an Autodesk agent >>here<< and explain what's going on.

Thanks for the explanation, but it's not a solution 🙂

We are waiting for a solution from Autodesk to solve this internal problem.

Just for information, i re-install all my machine for another reason, OS and 3dsmax, and the probelem stil going on.
