Please help

I ran into the problem of accessing autocad LT 2018 for Mac Book

 

Yesterday I bought a monthly subscription, I received a serial number and a product key,

Yesterday , today morning and an 2 hours ago I

1. removed Autocad and all related files in accordance with these instructions
https://knowledge.autodesk.com/customer-service/download-install/remove-products/remove-mac-products

2. downloaded Autocad lt 2018 from my profile again

3. reinstalled the program autocad lt 2018 successfully

4. entered the license number and key number indicated in my profile

5. then started the activation process on request

6. successfully activated autocad lt. 2018

7. tried to get started

8. again ! I received a request to enter my serial number, then to specify the license number and product key and to activate my license!

 

after all I

 

1. restarted my mac,

2. opened Autocad LT 2018
4. Copied the activation code from the latest version of the letter received from Autodesk
5. pasted and entered the activation code according to the request

6. Finally, got the registration activation error (0015.111)

 

Then I

1.Found the link

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Forcin...

and deleted all specified files

2. ran my Autocad LT 2018 to reset the activation

3. Now I'm back on the page "Product License Activation Options"
and have to start the whole process from scratch.

 

I 've done it for 12 times from yesterday morning till now

I can not start working, and it's really relevant for my family (our architect arrives on Monday morning at 8am and I need to make our future home plan today)

 

the new problem

I have a simple  single-user subscription
My license was activated ,but Autocad requies to sign in as a different user

 

What's wrong?

What should I do?

please, help
