I registered my original Trial version of Fusion 360 on July 26, 2015 and immediately received unlimited use access on my Apple Macbook Pro at that time and have been practicing with it ever since. Fantastic product!
Yesterday, when I tried to open Fusion 360 in "off-line" mode (which I have done quite often in the past months) just before it looked like it was going to open, I received an Autodesk message screen asking me to log into my Autodesk account in order to proceed. Unfortunately, I had to go through the process to re-set my password and when I attempted to re-open Fusion 360 and filled in the new password, Fusion 360 opened but my files were gone and I discovered I was looking at a new "30 day Trial" version.
I then checked within my Account Manager and saw that my Autodesk Fusion 360 was now listed in 30 day Trial mode.
What happened to my account and licensing agreement?
What happened to my drawing files and all my hard work?
Can Autodesk fix this internally, I know I can't?
