Regarding not getting serial number and product key

During downloading autocad student version I didnt get any serial number and product key which os asked to be entered while running autocad software

Hi @Anonymous 

If you don't receive the serial number, you can see it on your Account Manager.

Go to manage.autodesk.com

Enter in 'All products and downloads' and search for the software:

Then click on 'View downloads' and search the activation tab.

im presenting the same issue due to do the problem that i have lack of options on my account management, I cannot see my serial number neither access to any other option

autodesk no longer provides serial numbers

its based solely on your Autodesk Account

Hi @Anonymous,

You now just log in with your Autodesk Account within the software to activate, on the 'Let's Get Started Screen' select Single User unless you see Sign In where you can then log in with your Autodesk ID and Password.

@JuanYusta Serial numbers have now been retired for educational accounts in all but a few special cases.
