Received error on trying to install Service Pack 2

ACAD (2015) crashed the other day and I got an email from AutoDesk saying I needed to install this update.  Upon trying, I got the error message as shown in the attached.  I don't know what .NET 4.5 is & I'm not a programmer.  Any thoughts?

I did not install it.  I don't exactly know what Net 4.5 is so I decided not to go there.  Also, other issues I was having after the program crashed I solved by tweaking a few settings, so things are ok now.  Thanks.

There isn't anything specific I can say I did; after the program crashed and I got it back, a lot of my previous settings changed; background colors, right-click options, etc.  I just went to Tools/Options and reset them.
