Recap update problem

Hello Guys

 

I am having an issue with Recap 360 Ultimate and to fix this problem, I have to download the latest update of recap.

I have already installed the Application Manager, but when I try to download the update needed,(click-> Install) it keeps saying that the update is not installed.

And when I restart my computer, the application manager crashes.

 

Any idea why is this happening? 

Is there a way to update Recap 360 Ultimate without using the application manager ?

Hello and welcome to the forum,

 

I would try navigating to the folder where application manager is downloading the updates typcially in your documents folder under the "Autodesk application manager" subfolder. In there you will find all the updates application manager has downloaded. Locate the one for recap and try manually double clicking it.
