"Autodesk Analytics Client Service" process can't be deactivated by default

Good morning there,

I'm writing in this forum because I use an educational AutoCAD license so the official support tells me I can't directly contact them, and I should tell the administrator to write them and I don't want to disturb the university technicians for such a small problem.

The problem is that, in fact, when I use AutoCAD a process called "Autodesk Analytics Client Service" uses a lot of CPU, which wouldn't have been a problem if I worked from a desktop PC; the fact is that I actually work on a laptop, so higher CPU usage means shorter battery life and a lot of noise from the fans. I disabled the analytics service from the menu near the "Help" ("?") button and then I checked the registry key which is correctly set to 0, but the process still runs when I open AutoCAD. Any solution is welcome.

Hello @francesco.menara, 

To resolve this error exclude the ADPClientServices.exe and AcExperience.arx within your security settings.  The only other option is to disabled data analytics.

Thank you for your answer; where can I find the service you mentioned? I can't see it in msconfig. Sounds it could be the right way to solve the problem. I already disabled data analytics via Autocad's interface.
