Problems when instaling revit 2020

I'm having an error when trying to instal revit 2020 as the image attached. Please, if you can help me i'll be very glad.

I don't understant the message eather, because it apear to be some archieves or folders that are missing on my PC, But I had a previous version of some softwares from Autodesk (3DMáx, etc...) And clean up all the traces from them. There are nothing left. Still, no progress in instaling revit. 

I need it for my college classes. I really don't now what to do.
