Hola @Anonymous

Saludos,
Manu

Hello @Anonymous,

Thank you for posting. I have translated your post for you this is an English forum, please translate your posts for better feedback in the future.

If you could provide the logs indicated that would be helpful for us to determine the issue regarding the Autodesk Desktop app.

To get you on your way you can also try to locate & download via your Autodesk Account.

First, please conduct these steps:

  1. Reboot the computer, make sure apps are not auto running in the background
  2. Log in as Administrator (check your permissions, full control) or create a new profile
  3. Make sure you have an uninterrupted & high-speed connection to the internet
  4. Clean out the TEMP folder. To open the TEMP folder, type %TEMP% in the address bar of Windows Start Menu and hit Enter (Windows)
  5. Temporarily disable security settings like Antivirus, Firewall & UAC on your Windows operating system

Please "Accept Solution" if a reply or replies have helped resolve the issue or answered your question, to help others in the community.

Welcome to the Autodesk User's Community..

Unless resolved, your issue is related to this https://knowledge.autodesk.com/search-result/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Installation-error-referencing-SecondRun-and-FirstRunThreadId.html

If that doesn't resolve the issue, create a new user account on your machine with full admin rights and use that new account to install the software.

Two more things regarding your posting..

First thing...  Please beware of what you share..  The image contains the serial # associated to your 3 yr student license.  Do not share or blur out sensitive info such as that.  I will have the moderator remove your image to protect your information.

Second thing..  Your image shows that you're using the web installer.  Don't!!!!   There's a couple of ways to properly download and install your Autodesk product to your machine.  Please review this article and the solution it provides.
