After i reported a problem with my laptop, lenovo service took it and repaired - by changing the main board. I installed on my fresh computer my autocad 2012 with perpetual licence, but the licence does not work anymore. I did some research and it looks like th key was connected to the main board.. well what can i do NOW. I really need it and also spend lots of money on it.

PLEASE HELP

You can try the previous version support forum but I would read similar posts first. There is nothing you can do about it.

but the licence is allowance sort to speak to use that specific product for all that time.
I am absolutely screwed now. cannot afford to buy ANOTHER autocad also as there is no "warranty' that it would work in one year. That is killing my bussines as i am just starting my office.

DEAR AUTOCAD TEAM, is there ANYTHING i can do or... i need to close my office? cause that is really f... me up.

It's an Autodesk forum for issues with older versions.

And yes, it's full of people like you. Read the posts and you will be able to confirm that there isn't anything you can do. Not even will Autodesk help you.

Why don't you have a backup plan for your business? You should have known that this could happen for a variety of reasons beyond your control. A monthly subscription is a short term affordable solution to get you by until you can afford longer terms.
