Problem with installing Inventor CAM Ultimate

Dear customer service

I keep trying to download the new Cam Ultimate 2020 add-in, but every time I try to run the installer it stops at the installer page (in attachment) because apparently the directory is already installed. This is not true, I just updated my inventor from 2019 to 2020 and the problem keeps coming back. Inventor is working but it thinks there is already a Cam directory it can use from an unknown operator. 

The software is much needed for educational purposes. 

Please help

This is not Autodesk customer service..  This is a user based support forum where users help other users.

For your problem use Microsoft Fixit https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17588/windows-fix-problems-that-block-programs-being-instal... and follow the uninstall steps.  Also make sure to browser download the addin from your Autodesk Account and dont use other install methods like install now.

Do you have installed an "older" Inventor CAM .i.e. for 2019 ?
