Problem with Autodesk Inventor 2019 Install

Have been having the same problem after carrying out numerous attempts to reinstall the software, all shared components have downloaded and installed however, the application for Autodesk Inventor 2019 fails to make an appearance on my machine, i have included a screenshot of my installer. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks in advance.

You need to hover over the red circle/line to see what the message indicates.  Let us know.

When I hover over it, it’s says “autodesk inventor 2019 is already
installed, if you would like to download the English language package do so
by:” then it proceeds to give me a link to my local C: drive, I would
include a screenshot however im currently away from my PC,I should return
home by 11pm tonight and will get after the screenshot, thanks again

Completely uninstall using the Autodesk uninstall utility, then reinstall from scratch, if that fails you could try MS Fixit.

I have completely uninstalled using both the autodesk uninstaller and from
my programs and features, still no luck, any other solutions?

Have you tried MS Fixit.

MsFixit worked perfect, finally up and running, appreciate all the help!

Anytime, MSFixit works well for many things, it's surprising how useful it is and how many people don't imediately go to it...
