Your online activation request has returned an error (400) which is not allowing your request to be processed using our automated systems.

Click the "Use another method" link below to complete the necessary forms and submit your request to the local Autodesk Business Center for your area. A Customer Service Representative will respond within the next 2 business days.

Hello guys, i have reached the maximum limit of installed licenses and wanted to try out the license manager.

On my Notebook the license has got exported to my Autodesk Account but i can not import this from my Computer where i try to activate my new autodesk product, because of the error 400.

I asked the autodesk support for solutions but they just wanted to know "how they did" but they didnt do anything and it´s very important to me!

May someone of you help me?

Hello!
I have the same problem (error 400). I want to activate licenses on 10 PC's in institution with no LAN, with this type of activation (stand-alone license for each PC) - is it possible, or it will work with network license only?

Hi @Anonymous

You can perform standalone installations on multiple computers as long as you have as many licenses/seats as you have computers (10 PCs would require 10 licenses or 10 seats).

Regarding the error 400, please, send me your serial number and request code via Private Message (click on my camilo.lemos profile name and then on Send This User a Private Message) and I'll look into this for you. For multiple standalone activations, you will need to send me the request code taken from each individual computer.

Thanks!

Thanks, I'll do it.
And another question. If I want to change activation method from network license for the stand-alone license, could I reinstall programm or not?

Unfortunately it's not a simple matter of re-installing.

Your license either is standalone or network, it really depends on where the license was aquired (for example, student licenses are always standalone, educator licenses from the ARC are always network and commercial can be either).

If you can send me the serial number via Private Message I can help you better understand your license.

Thanks! The problem was resolved

The reason was that the name of PC was not in english - it can be added to the installation manualMan Happy

One else - I could not install Autocad2014 and 2015 on WinXP SP3, although in system requirements it is. Installer need IE 7, but XP doesn't support it.
