Problem whit licensing

Hello!

I can´t activete my license. I can login on the Autodesk homepage. When I try to register my license, the error above appears.

You don't need to use Register Once..  Why can't you activate the product upon launch?  Or use the link to the right of your posting:  New: Get an Activation Code

I used the link on the right and then the error occured.

When you log in, are you using your email address assigned to your account or the account ID?  If not the account ID please try that (and not your email address).  Good luck.
