Problem Activating Autocad LT -Export Screening Message

Good Morning,
we are unable to activate Autocad LT 2020, every time we try to activate using the single user license by authenticating using the email and password we get a message (export screening) so we are unable to use the product .
We need to resolve this issue as 6 licenses have been purchased and we have been unable to activate for more than a week.
I noticed that this message "export screening" is already common to many users.
Remembering that we already did all the procedures informed in Autodesk help, one of them was to disconnect the computer from the internet and connect again.
