Problem activating Autocad 2015 student version

Hi,

I'm a university student from Belgium. I installed Autocad 2015 student version but can't seem to activate it. I'm sure I used the right serial number.

Can anybody help me please?

I already tried doing these steps. Unfortunately, my serial numbers seems not to be correct. Really strange, because I got a mail with the serial number in it.

Hi @Anonymous ,

The easiest way around this issue is to register a new Education Community account with a different email address and Autodesk ID and obtain a new serial number.

There is no need to fully download the program again, simply go as far as obtaining the serial number.

I have the same problem and tried this solution: making a new account and received the same email with the same serial number I had before, and of course it didn't work. No matter what I try I get getting the same email with the same in-valid serial number.
