please help on lisencing

hello good day, i just downloaded the trial, i am very much interested on mudbox and maya, but when i tried the license transfer utility, i cant

log in, it says my cookies are disabled, but i have turned it on in everyway possible 😞 (following instructions online, i tried settings on my computer, settings on browsers) still, i cant log in, i havent entered the license autodesk has provided... so i dont know for how long will this free trial be available for me 😞 and as far as i can remember i didnt came across the window that says something about license etc.... i just installed it and it went straight away to the program. so far its working, but im not sure if i will encounter any problem in the future...

do i have to bother with the license transfer utility? or i can just leave it?
