Hi @nev.strange

You have a support ticket on this going yes?

For the error:

Have you looked at your Firewall and Anti-Virus?

Any changes to your internet provider?

What happens if you disable Windows Defender?

No change to provider, and when completely disabling Windows Defender the errors still pops up. I can see all the files when I view them online or on my iPad but cant access them from within the software. Its so frustrating.

Put in another ticket and ask for it to be escalated up.   I'm seeing a few more again in the last hour.

Not a problem, I've seen 2 about this in the last 30 minutes.  Make sure it's escalated.

Just an update.

So it seems Autodesk are aware of this problem and have given me ACD-39522 as a defect code which the development team are working on. As a workaround dwg files can be downloaded to the desktop version however my dwgzip files stored online  don't seem to have that option so i guess we have to wait for a future bug fix.

Glad you're assigned a defect number.   As mentioned I was seeing quite a bit yesterday (actually since Friday) ..     Hopefully it's resolve quickly.
