Path not found error message

I have downloaded the student version of Autocad and i cannot open new files/ templates, an error message (without a code) pops up stating 'path not found'.

It was previously working, everything has been installed correctly.

So what happened in between the time it was working fine, and when it started to not work?

Windows update?

Installed other software?

Something else?

Can you post the screenshot of the error?

Hi

Apologies for the late reply, notifications went to my junk folder.

I am using a MAC and updated Catalina but it stopped working for me before then if i remember correctly. I literally downloaded it, worked fine initially and then next time i launched it nothing.

The only thing i can think of is, at uni we have pre-installed CAD, obviously on a different network and I signed into my Autodesk account there and when i came home i couldn't use CAD.

I have included a screenshot of the error message.

Not a MAC os person but isn't this the latest OS offered by MAC.

If so what version of AutoCAD are you using?
