Not able to Install AutoCAD 2019 on laptop

Hello, i currently have my product (AutoCAD 2019) activated on my desktop, and as far as i am aware i should be able to use the same serial number to install and activate the program on my laptop granted i'm only using one at a time. Is this correct?, and if so why does it not let me do that? If i insert the correct number the "activate" button is greyed-out,

i contacted my local CAD partner about this and they told me that they have had this problem with customers before and that my best chance is hitting up official autocad support about this. I hope this can be resolved thanks in advance.

So can you tell us more why you're not able to install it?

How are you downloading it for installation?

Are you getting an error message? 

If so, share a screenshot of it... (don't share your serial number, if it's in the image, as this is a public forum)

What license type are you?

Check at https://manage.autodesk.com and it will say under each product...
