No Idea how to work with this new update installed without my permission

Hello time ago new updated was installed automaticly when open application since then on I can not do nothing with my dessigns made with my oldest autocad. I send some emails to autocad to help me to recover the old sistem to work but nobody answer. I dont know what to do. Any idea? Thanks

Please explain in more detail: newer AutoCAD software can open older files without any issues at all, unless your DWG files are damaged to start with of course.

Here again....  I got no problem to open my old files, the problem is to modify or draw new ones. My 2018 app was much more usefull. One day I start it and I find the application change it, different way to use the tools and commands and I dont leave any permission to install it!!! Since then I dont find tha way to use it so I dont do and I dont have time to learn. I write many times to autodesk support to recover my old app but no answer. This is whats have been done. With a subscription you can use 2018 (till about April 2023 ) ... as it's part of the 5 previous version option.

You'd just have to go AVA.AUTODESK.COM and verify your subscription to get access to the 2 oldest versions.

But I'd at least look at maybe 2020 and try and get caught up with that version.

@dr_mayls You or your boss or your IT installed a newer version: you will need to go talk to them about putting back your old version. Nothing like that happens automatically without someone actively doing so. Sorry.

So.. what exactly is so different and unusable? Explain, since we all use the same programs and none of us are crippled by the changes, you must have something way more specific in mind that so far you cannot seem to put in words.

Thanks for your answer but I dont find the way to solve that. As I say, one day I open my pad to make some arraingements in a design and I found it impossible to use it, the tool.  No body touch my pad, I dont do nothing to change even my subsciption was the same, all was and still is so strange.

you should have said you were using the Autocad mobile for android in the first place

Tools looks almost the same but change in execution and works different and ask all the times for coordenates and other complications. Before all was intuitive ans usefull and all do it with a single finger on the screen, so easy!!! I dont understand how can be changed, I'm the only who got acces to my pad and I never leave any permission to update it, it's unbelivable but is like I told. Thanks everybody

@dr_mayls AutoCADMOBILE is literally different: and constantly changes. And for some reason the Android version is nothing but an interface for the AutoCADWEB software I believe (which also looks different and changes regularly too).

AutoCAD MOBILE also has a dedicated forum where the developers help users occasionally and they have an IDEAS forum where you can offer up suggestion https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/autocad-mobile/ct-p/225
